For more than two decades, Jatin has been actively involved in supporting international companies establishing and expanding operations across India and the UAE. Pankaj Dheer is a senior business transformation, operations, and commercial leader with extensive international experience spanning Australia, India, North America, Latin America, and the United Kingdom. His career has included leadership roles across financial services, insurance, banking operations, customer experience, enterprise services, and strategic sourcing. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean practitioner, he has successfully led large-scale transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, technology adoption, service excellence, workforce productivity, and commercial optimisation.
As Partner – Australia at Turquoise Turtle Advisors, Pankaj supports organisations exploring market entry, business establishment, expansion, and operational growth opportunities within Australia. Leveraging his deep understanding of the Australian business environment, regulatory landscape, and commercial ecosystem, he assists companies and their leadership teams from initial market evaluation and setup through to operational integration and sustainable growth.
Pankaj has also played an active role in mergers and acquisitions, contributing as both a strategic advisor and operational leader during periods of organisational change and integration.
